Information provided through enquiries
The consultation form requests your name, mobile number, email, city, service interest, optional specific interest and preferred language, preferred contact method and an optional message, together with consent to be contacted. Do not submit account credentials, payment details or sensitive financial records.
Website accounts
If you register for a website account, Vestra stores your name, email address, mobile number, a salted password hash, account status, Research and Backtesting access and request status, and registration date. An administrator reviews new accounts before sign-in is enabled. Website accounts do not provide trading, payment or investment access.
Purpose and routing
Submitted enquiries are stored in Vestra’s private enquiry database on the website server so the administrator can respond, organise follow-ups and record internal notes. A receipt is shown only after the enquiry has been saved. The administrator can also record enquiries received through other channels with contact consent. The site does not automatically forward enquiries to external providers. Controller and contact details must be completed below.
Research access
Approved members can request Research access. The owner may enable or remove access to Nifty 50, Bitcoin and Gold forecast previews as one permission. Vestra retrieves forecast preview data through its server from a shared MarketForesee research feed; member account details are not sent with that data request. Public market and economic widgets are supplied by TradingView under its own terms.
Backtesting access
Approved members can request a separate Backtesting permission. If enabled, Vestra uses a short-lived launch ticket to open the shared workspace at backtest.marketforesee.com. That service receives a Vestra member identifier and uses a necessary session cookie to check access on each request. Other approved users may see shared research reports; do not place private client information in the workspace.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not add advertising analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies. Website member and administrator sign-in use separate necessary, secure session cookies that expire after 12 hours. The protected Backtesting workspace also uses a necessary 12-hour session cookie on backtest.marketforesee.com. Server logs may record technical request information. Future integrations must be assessed and documented by the administrator.
Retention and security
Enquiry access is restricted to authenticated Vestra administrators. The owner can permanently delete an enquiry and its notes, and administrators can record a request not to be contacted. The owner can approve, suspend or block website accounts; restricted accounts cannot sign in and their sessions are revoked. Restricted daily server backups may retain deleted information for up to 14 days, after which the scheduled backup process removes expired snapshots.
